Will is the solely IT admin of one branch office. He is managing all bigger projects by himself, but also helps out his IT support colleague Mike with whom he is sharing the office.

Mike is handling most of the support cases he receives by the ticketing tool or gets asked while he is running through the office. As he clearly lacks knowledge in some ways he often needs to clarify things with Will.
