I learned about from an employee of a call center because he had to type certain line over and over again and also had to copy multiple words from one field to another. For that having a bigger clipboard is the best solution.
The software I'm taking about is CLCL and created by Tomoaki Ohno. Available in both English and Japanese it´s available to download at www.nakka.com.
It saves a huge amount of previous clipboard entries, even more than 100 or 1000 if you change the settings. And you select the previous entries easily by pressing Alt + C. A list pops up and you can select what you need. And trust me, you get easily used to that!
Moreover, you create folders within the tool including lines you need quite often in order to reuse them over and over. Ideal for the certain work in a call center. But not just there.
Anyway, a quite useful tool, which I can only recommend.
